I took on a blended role as Production Foreman/ Lease Operator over the Bluestone West Texas Assets. My responsibilities in doing this are as follows: Perform normal everyday operations of a lease operator. This includes the management and recording of oil, water and gas production within the field. Responsible for grind out and oil testing to insure clean saleable loads. Monitor and initiate movement and sell of oil. Operate and maintain SWD facilities. Monitor and maintain natural gas compressors. Perform minor mechanical repairs to compressors. Organize and schedule facility work. Monitor and facilitate crews. Track cost and expenses throughout the lease. Maintain efficiency and low LOE. Oversee and manage all daily operations over assigned asset.

As a lease operator in the Barnett Shale I was responsible for performing duties related to the daily operations and maintenance of assigned wells and production facilities safely and according to Company policy. My Primary responsibilities were as follows: perform daily inspections of assigned oil gas leases. Gauges and reports daily production of water in storage tanks. Read gas meters, calculate, and report daily produced gas volumes. Monitor daily plunger runs on all plunger wells and optimize as needed. Inspect plungers on a monthly basis on all plunger lift wells. Read, record, and report tubing and casing pressures on assigned wells. Inspect pipelines, valves, and flanges to detect malfunctions or leaks and make repairs. Operate natural gas compressors. Perform daily readings and reporting on assigned compressors. Report lease deficiencies and other problems to the supervisor. Oversees the operation of artificial lift equipment, such as gas lift and plunger-lift. Maintain production rates according to targets. Minimize downtime and control LOE (Lease Operating Expenses). Inspects each location visited and repairs or makes recommendations to management for the repair. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

As division manager of the grounding and bonding division at Emergency Site Protection it was my job to make sure any equipment on your oil and gas location was properly grounded. Bonding and Grounding your equipment is important because #1 its helps to prevent electrical shock from items such as generators and light plants which in turn makes your location safer for your employees. Reason #2 it is so important to bond and ground is the reduction of static electricity. When grounding tanks and lines you reduce the static electricity caused by moving fluid this in turn reduces the risk of fire potential from static spark.

As a Firefighter/EMT with Emergency Site Protection it was my job to provide emergency response services to fires and medical or traumatic emergencies on a location.
