• Draft and analyze required financial requests such as Budget Transfers, Journal Entries, and Salary Reallocations with Cost Center Owners • Test and provide crucial feedback on the design of DePaul’s new Oracle financial system in order to promote a logical control environment and smooth user experience• Analyze grant budget category availability and diagnose grant expense holds • Design and review “What-Fix: BlueSky Help” process training workflows in an effort to streamline the experience for employees without a background in finance • Develop new Service-Now internal and external knowledge bases for Financial Services with a short-term goal of providing a faster self-service experience for the University and a long-term goal of launching a ticket system to decrease internal manual task management • Present well-paced and engaging hour-long trainings to over seventy University employees while managing questions from the attendees• Design and deliver ad-hoc high-quality financial reports for area directors to utilize in decision making analysis• Lead a new team of expense auditors in designing procedures, solving the latest issues, and providing consistent review to the University

• Coach twenty student athletes through rigorous mental and physical challenges in order to develop their rowing and life skills• Craft motivational speeches to deliver before at least fifty athletes in an effort to guide the team and its culture towards annual goals• Navigate difficult one on one conversations with athletes in order to help mitigate disappointment, complex problems, and improve on weaknesses
