Client Accounting Advisory Services (Caas) Manager
Manage the Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAAS) process, ensuring all assigned client work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with firm standards.Deliver virtual bookkeeping and account reconciliation services to clients. This includes recording transactions based on internal accounting policies and industry standards.Provide virtual controller and CFO services to clients, encompassing strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Leverage data analysis techniques to analyze client data, reduce data silos, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with clients to develop and implement their accounting technology stack.Implement accounting software and processes for clients, leading to improved efficiency, timeliness, accuracy, and visibility of financial reporting.Automate internal firm processes and external client processes using Power Query (“M”), DAX, VBA, and Excel to boost efficiency, minimize manual data manipulation, and reduce errors.Develop visualizations and reports using Power BI to effectively communicate financial information to clients.Mentor and train accountants to advance their professional development.Work with internal partners to enhance internal processes.Collaborate across internal departments to ensure alignment with overall goals and meet deadlines.
