My motto: We don’t sell car washes. We sell feelings. I’ve been working with AUTOBELL Car Wash since I was 16 years old, working my way up from employee to store manager to my current district manager role. During that time, I’ve overseen multiple locations throughout several markets and managed teams of over 50 people onsite and over 300 in my district. As a long-time leader in the service industry, I understand our customers’ wants, needs, and expectations and can anticipate the best way to give them an experience that will turn them into a customer for life. The best part of my job? The people: The team I work with, the customers I talk to, and my fellow managers and leaders who I learn from. I’m passionate about helping our team members grow, supporting them both in and outside of work, and maintaining a strong relationship with everyone I work with. It’s why I’ve remained loyal to the same company for years, and why I plan to be here for a long time. I’m a firm believer in personal growth and development, making people feel seen and heard, and clear communication. I’m always learning, researching, and trying to find new, more efficient ways to achieve my goals. One of my favorite parts of my job is that every day is different, so I’m constantly adapting to new environments and challenges - I never have to sit still. For two years, I also worked as a youth pastor, which further developed my leadership and communication skills. Working somewhere that feels like family is important to me, and it’s why I love what I do.
