Led the technology organization at a company as it doubled in size from approximately 55 employees in one country to over 110 employees spread through three international offices. I led the implementation of Salesforce and connected it to internal tools to give dashboards to various functions within the organization. Managed five direct reports and worked with them to stabilize and enhance delivery of the product, a video journal for scientific publishing. Created an in-house statistics system to demonstrate institutional product use to purchasing decision makers.

Worked with the technology team to implement features and bug fixes to enable a better experience for the thousands of teachers posting projects to raise funds for classroom supplies.

Migrated content from an existing CMS to a newer version while taking care to investigate and deactivate/anonymize cookie-based features as requested by the organization. Complete design and development of a site to be maintained by non-technical resources. As I left it, the site is still operational and continues to be updated as of December, 2016 -- almost seven years after launching, without any major technical or visual overhaul.

Created right-sized solutions for a number of non-profit and small business clients, including performing arts organizations and very early stage startups without full-time technical resources.

Built and maintained tools for streamlining the promotion of more than 500 annual events across many artistic disciplines. Moved the organization to freely-available, open-source options to reduce overall maintenance costs. Designed, developed and implemented banner ad campaigns for special events and templates for future implementation.
