I have 8 years of experience in nursing, which includes experience in emergency medicine, EMS, and flight nursing. This background has enabled me to understand the needs and challenges of patients, direct report employees, and the organization as a whole to offer customized and effective services.I hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialty in education from Capella University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Carlow University. I am passionate about improving the quality, affordability, and accessibility of healthcare through innovative solutions while maintaining a thriving relationship between my organization and its customers. I have demonstrated my expertise and leadership in various roles, hold fluency in English, German, and Spanish based on the CEFR fluency grading system, continue to improve my skills in the workplace, and will to adapt to meet the needs of my organization and the customers who we serve.
