With more than 20 years of experience in executive-level leadership, I have gained invaluable knowledge by sitting on the senior leadership teams of a YNAN (network of YMCA's largest associations), mid-Major YMCA, and small to midsized YMCA teams. This has allowed me to develop deep partnerships with community stakeholders to best provide a quality program and membership experience on the local YMCA level. Currently, I work for the YMCA of Greenville (a mid-major, 25 million dollar annual operating budget YMCA) that is a part of a $8 billion dollar national YMCA) as an Executive Director. I'm specifically responsible for the day-to-day operations, long-range planning, fund and board development for YMCA Camp Greenville, and as the Executive Director. With the passion and enthusiasm to operate an organization at a high level, I expose myself to the 'why' and 'what's next' for my organization.
