I am extremely passionate about this industry and always welcome insights, questions, and open communication around how the workers compensation process can be evaluated and improved for all that are impacted by it. There is no secret that navigating, state by state, through the workers compensation system is complex and sometimes frustrating.My primary focus is controlling workers compensation costs with employers while simultaneously setting up processes which result in better medical and financial outcomes for their employees. Believe it or not, the two run hand in hand. With proactive, best in class processes, anyone can create an elite program that controls costs while also making sure their employees are receiving the best support and care while they navigate through the recovery from their injury.
