When we needed someone to guide us in times of uncertainty, Cory not only brought us to safe waters, he sheltered us with kindness and understanding. I would call him a superb ECR (Empathetic Conflict Resolution) manager. He always reminded everybody on the team, especially during the pandemic of 2020, that they were valuable and of irreplaceable worth to their teammates. His humor and compassionate attitude towards life is really what makes him a true leader at the end of the day. He showed everybody, by example, how to be an exceptional human being. I’m thankful I had the opportunity to work with him, but more-so that I got to really know and befriend such a massive talent.
