I oversaw the quality standards for all IT related projects and ensured thresholds of acceptability were met for all products.This was done by working with Project Leads to tailor controls and a quality plan based on unique factors such as their project’s scope, criticality, risks, and impact assessments.Additionally, I assessed the required project deliverables and managed all entry and exit gateways to obtain required acceptance/sign-off fromall impacted product lines and key stakeholders. Finally, I oversaw the SF2 Americas IT Project Portfolio and maintained monthly reporting to provide to the steering committees trends, bottlenecks, KPI’s, and how each was trending towards meeting their next targeted release to production.
