With 21 years of proven success, and dual ATP and SMS certifications through RESNA, I've focused the majority of my career on helping people with disabilities live with more independence and well-being. In 2022 I launched my first small business, EnableTech Home, LLC. EnableTech Home provides home accessibility modifications and smart home technology for people who are aging in their home, or who have disabilities that limit their mobility. I am a Certified Environmental Access Consultant and Aging in Place Specialist through VGM and the National Association of Home Builders. I look forward to enabling your best life in your home! Prior to EnableTech Home, I was part of some great teams, and have been recognized multiple times with invitations to Chairman's Circles and other top leadership awards. I truly enjoy working with patients, veterans, caregivers, families, and the clinical teams that support them. It's a privilege to provide products and services that provide better outcomes and quality of life.I was part of a matrix organization with Numotion, helping lead a talented group of dedicated healthcare professionals. I was responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing talented individuals to drive organic growth and new market penetration. I'm experienced in navigating multi-layered healthcare organizations and payor systems, and utilizing BI reporting and CRM tools to drive strategies. Prior to my employment at Numotion, I worked for the Invacare family of companies as a rehab and assistive technology specialist in the Seattle and Alaska markets. Through great teamwork and collaboration, I was the top Sales Professional for the VA system in the country in 2015. I also earned the highest award for the company in 2012 and 2015, the Invacare Chairman's Circle. I really earned my sales chops working for Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in their Small Business Services division. I sold B2B payroll and human resource services to employers with less than 49 employees. After weeks of intensive, world class sales training, I hit the ground running and earned coveted Rookie of the Year honors in my first year at ADP.I'd like to connect with current and previous colleagues and coworkers.
