Generated an upsell revenue of $1,212,201 for 2019 Decreased parking defects 53% for the first quarter on 2020 compared to the first quarter of 2019

Rotated between the Housekeeping Department and Front Office. During my time in housekeeping I oversaw the department’s turndown team that included 10 individuals and one supervisor. Led the turndown team to a 100% on the Brand Standard Audit for turndown service and improved our Quarter 4 internal Forbes audit score from 42.86% in 2016 to 81.41% in 2017 Responsible to the creation of the Ritz-Carlton call center that handles 20,000+ calls monthly while simultaneously monitoring and responding to requests on Marriott’s mobile Guest Experience Platform. Championed the launch of Marriott’s Guest Experience Platform for the property that handles 100,000+ guest requests yearly.

Sea Pines Resort is a Forbes 4-star AAA Four diamond resort that sits on 5,000 oceanfront acres and houses the #1 hotel on Hilton Head Island. During my time on the resort, I had the responsibilities of restaurant manager for the hotel’s Forbes 4-star steakhouse Links, An American Grill. I oversaw a team of twenty service professionals that executed a breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Additionally, I spent time as a Guest Relations Agent for the Sea Pines Resort Welcome Center. During this time, I gained knowledge on the operation of a welcome center that was responsible for 100+ luxury homes.
