I am a tech passionate individual that is hungry to learn with the growing industry. I'm currently pursing CompTIA certifications as well as finishing my Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Before attending college I served in the United States Marines and achieved the rank of Sergeant while filling the role of Squad Leader and when needed Platoon Sergeant. The creative problem solving skills obtained from serving in those positions has given me the ability to think outside the box and tackle abstract problems. So far in school I have learned coding languages such as Java, C++, Python and Ruby, and also the software development process. Along with coding I have also gained skills in circuit analysis, and testing with equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters. I have picked up a good basis of IT knowledge along the way building my own PC, troubleshooting desktops, setting up networking equipment and fixing printers, copiers, etc. in office environments. I am excited to start my career within the tech industry and look forward to working with experienced IT and Cyber professionals!
