Starting my career in the insurance industry seemed like a mismatch at first, given my pre-med bachelor of science degree. I landed on a gold mine when I started at Delta Dental and saw the need to combine my interest in health and medicine with employee benefits targeting overall health and wellness. I’ve been an inventive and goal-driven client services and sales leader snaring top rankings both personally and through transformative turnarounds of under-performing teams, accountable operational leadership, and building and retaining long-term customer relationships. More recently, I’ve been focused on leading our sales and account management team to build consultative relationships to aid clients in attracting and retaining talent by differentiating their organizations with Best-In-Class benefit strategies. I’ll bend over backwards to help other’s dreams come true, but understand the importance of having a balance in what’s most important in life.
