Managing a multimillion dollar capital campaign to relocate and build a new Idaho Youth Ranch in Middleton ID to provide therapeutic services for at-risk youths in Idaho. Our goal is to reach these children early and provide them with services which include safe shelter, mentoring, counseling, treatment for drug and alcohol abuse, adoption services, job training, parent education, and more. We incorporate equine and dog therapy as in integral part of our treatment. We stick with them as long as they need us. I am very happy to be a part of building a facility that will help our at risk children resulting in a stronger community in Idaho.

Assist the Executive Director with fundraising, donor relations, board of trustees management, social media, website maintenance and office managment.

Assisted the President with donor relations, trustee communication and donor date base. Responsible for managing two major Galas to raise over $250,000 each year.

Responsible for increasing sales of high end products, excellent customer service, opening and closing the store, inventory maintenance, and work with a diverse sales force.
