Coordinating all responsibilities for the Subject Matter Experts and Field Engineers that work for QinetiQ North America in Central California. Providing on-site software maintenance support and professional-level training to users of the Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance (MFOQA) ground stations which utilize FlightAnalyst and FlightViz software applications at Strike Fighter Squadrons VFA-122, VFA-94, VFA-86, VFA-14, and NSAWC/TOPGUN. This includes building and setting up Basic Fighter Maneuver (BFM), Fighter Weapons (FFWT), Strike (FSTK), and Field Carrier Landing Practice (FCLP) debriefs with the aircrew of FA-18 Hornets and Super Hornets, and providing trouble-shooting support with maintenance personnel. Provide weekly data analysis reports for squadron CO’s, and legal data to refute or prove FAA allegations of “out of bounds” or “MACH exceedance” charges.Currently managing a project to provide all necessary technical data for the development of new policy and procedural recommendations for reducing FA-18 mission fuel burn. Stated recommendations shall be in the form of gallons per hour saved from incremental changes in tactical aviation culture.
