I have earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology at Baker University. I have gained a lot of experience early in my career by being eager to learn and grow not only as a person, but as a scientist. I have learned to be more adaptable, flexible, patient and open minded when dealing with work tasks and problems. I've become proficient in communication with coworkers, overseeing specific tasks I've been put in charge of, and (although rare) the occasional conflict between a team member and I. I tend to enjoy hands on work in various laboratory environments and is where I would be able to contribute the most to any company. Because of the opportunities I have been given, I have experience with many different lab processes and equipment, as well as, Clinical and Research & Development experience. Most of my managers consider to me to be a hard-working individual who manages and completes his duties on time with precision and accuracy. At my time at Eurofins Viracor, I have been nominated for the PROPEL award in Q3 of 2021, as well as, being awarded Research and Development Above and Beyond award 2x for taking on tasks that are not in the job description, maintaining communication with the team to see if I can help others with tasks they may need help with, and jumping in when he sees a need for assistance.
