CurrentI take pride in working with regular people who never dreamed they could own a home, yet have worked so hard to make a good life. I enjoy the moments when I get to be the bearer of GOOD news. I take the time to educate buyers and walk them through the home purchasing process. It’s my job to take the stress out of the transaction and just watch the joy in my buyer’s eyes as I hand them the keys to their first home. As far as listing properties, it’s really important to me to get the listing price right. I don’t do a regular market analysis, I prefer the “Right Price Analysis”.
