Joined a relatively new team charged with establishing and implementing Medicaid claiming systems for the state education agency. Charged with identifying and establishing a method to collect critical data from 200+ independent organizations in multiple states, and to achieve this within a challenging, siloed environment. I conducted needs assessments for new web-based tools, developed functional requirements, and served as division lead on the development of these new tools. I wrote SQL queries for data analysis, wrote training materials, and conducted training webinars.
