- Created and submitted repair procedures for underwater concrete spalls on the floating bridge by working with distributors/suppliers and their engineers, WSDOT inspectors and engineers and third party engineering firms to develop a procedure to repair concrete deficiencies underwater. - Worked with and oversaw commercial divers inspect and implement repairs according to approved procedures. - Oversaw and directed concrete finishers and laborers to complete punchlist items on the supplemental pontoons while working with WSDOT and third party inspectors.
