Current• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement an event strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and values, ensuring that events are used as a powerful tool to achieve organizational goals.• Team Leadership: Manage a team of event managers and coordinators, fostering collaboration, and providing mentorship to ensure the team's growth and success.• Budget Management: Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while delivering high-quality events.• Event Production: Oversee all aspects of event production, from concept and planning to execution and post-event evaluation, with an acute attention to detail.• Vendor and Supplier Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with event vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring the best possible service.• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure promotion by leveraging various channels to maximize attendance and engagement.• Data Analysis: Utilize data and analytics to evaluate event performance, measure ROI, and continually refine event strategies for optimization.• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, partners, and sponsors, to ensure alignment and successful event outcomes.
