RBF Programme design: • Designed large-scale Outcomes Fund in Sierra Leone Early Childhood Education (ECE) in a team of four;• Assisted scoping and concept development study for Rwanda ECE RBF programme;• Completed scoping and 50-page feasibility studies to assess the value-add for Results-Based Financing programs in ECE, researching provider and investor markets.Stakeholder relationship management: • Responsible for organising and directing 2 webinars for over 40 organisations to pitch programme to targeted service providers and investors;• Managed existing partnership with large-scale donors, analysing synergies with existing grants in Sierra Leone, and finding programmatic compromises when needed;• Directly managed intercultural relationships both in-person and virtually with high-level government stakeholders.Policy Analysis & Report Writing: • Wrote and edited of 70-page funding application for a large-scale grant from high capacity donors; • Researched and analysed policy documents to develop narrative for reports, programme design, and stakeholder engagement.

Writing & content production: • Wrote concept notes, expressions of interest, and other programme documents to highlight the value-add of RBF in-context; • Produced slides defining narrative approaches for engagement with governments, donors, and service providers; • Prepared materials for a government workshop for 15 high-level participants. Administrative support:• Supported planning and logistics of 2 international trips, including organising schedules and prepping meeting materials; • Set up and managed project task management system for 2 teams of 3; • Defined and implemented research documentation system at the organisational level.

White paper writing: • Restructured and rewrote a paper to be published in the Education Research and Foresight WP series on equitable research partnerships. Conference research and writing: • Drafted presentation scripts and slide decks for conferences such as the Comparative & International Education Society 2021 conference, tailored to audience’s technical level; • Researched and prepared written analyses for use in the World Higher Education Conference Theme 10 Background Paper and the International Commissions Chapter on HE.

English teaching & curriculum development:• Partnered with the US Embassy to design a media literacy course, taught at 30+ high schools around the country;• Designed high-school level lesson plans and taught to classes of 30 students in Viljandimaa each week.Event planning & management: • Organised and hosted a Halloween party solving riddles, playing games, and teaching about the holiday; • Designed an escape room for the high school focused on analytical English skills and problem-solving; • Ran a persuasive essay competition for the high schoolers to work on their narrative skills and application writing; • Set up beginner and advanced conversation clubs once a week to work on fluency and conversation skills.

Report writing and policy synthesis:• Created policy briefs and synthesised reports for the Executive Director.• Collected primary data from organisational reports and rewrote for use in grant applications.• Researched current policy to support a curriculum expansion for after-school programming.Stakeholder engagement:• Developed and maintained constituencies of contacts and partners in overlapping organisations and schools.• Produced corporate sponsorship packet, securing over $10,000 in funding.
