I am a strength & conditioning/sports science professional from Sebring, FL with eight years of professional baseball experience ranging from rookie ball all the way to being a Sports Science Coordinator in 2018. After finishing my playing career at South Florida Community College, I pursued higher education at the Florida State University. I completed my BS in Exercise Science at Florida State in 2011 and decided to stay to pursue a Masters Degree in Sports Sciences. After that, I was hired into professional baseball with the Seattle Mariners at their rookie affiliate in Pulaski, VA all in the same year. Throughout the last eight years, I have acquired and implemented knowledge from certifications such as FMS, FRC, K-Vest, Titleist Performance Institute, and StrongFirst. In 2016 I was named strength & conditioning coach of the year with the Mississippi Braves. As the Dodgers Sports Science Coordinator, I helped build a new department's framework, drove initial implementation and execution, and worked to create a nexus between player development and the performance department. I am the current owner of a sports training business called Peak Sports Performance. This business was started to help young athletes achieve their potential using training methods and principles I’ve learned during my time in professional and collegiate sports. I am always coaching to my younger self hoping my work can make an impact on the community.
