As the Chief Assurance Officer of CLA, Cory oversees the quality, technical, operations, and transformation of the assurance practice, ensuring that the services are aligned with the firm's mission, values, and culture. Cory also brings diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as he has a background in health care and life sciences, and has served on various boards and committees related to the industry.Prior to his current role, Cory was the Managing Principal of the health care and life sciences group of CLA, where he specialized in providing strategic, financial, and operational services to growth-oriented health care organizations. In this role, Cory was responsible for guiding the growth and direction of the practice, as well as serving clients with fresh ideas and professional services that adapted to their rapidly changing environment. Cory leveraged his skills in auditing, GAAP, and financial reporting, as well as his credentials as a CPA, to deliver high-quality and tailored solutions to clients of CLA.
