Sustainable Restaurant Group is a collection of brands that are defining the future of hospitality through a deep commitment to environmental and social change. While with the company I led all PR, Marketing, Branding, Design, and Impact efforts for the company, including its flagship brand, Bamboo Sushi, the world's first certified sustainable sushi restaurant concept.

Focused on emerging products, my work included developing engaging learning content for both internal and external users to teach them how to become better leaders. This included best practices surrounding clear goal setting, effective coaching & feedback, and how to consistently motivate your teams. Managed clients included Virgin America, Mozilla, DocuSign and more.

Overseeing 20+ clients simultaneously, I collaborated with different hotel groups to help them understand their guest satisfaction data, spot trends and develop action plans to improve the guest experience and, ultimately, their profitability and brand recognition.

After working in the operation at multiple flagship properties, I was transitioned into a corporate task force role focused on the successful openings/transitions of seven different hotel & resort properties from Viceroy Snowmass to Viceroy Anguilla. My expertise was in the area of guest experience, staff training, system setup and VIP relations.
