The objective of incarceration is to enforce discipline and to allow rehabilitation to take place thereafter so as to keep prisoners out of prison after their release.o Participated in the initiative of being the first batch of female officers to work in male prisons. The objective of the program was to expand the role of female prison officers beyond women’s prison. The program had been successful and it is a norm for female officers to work in male prisons now.o Streamlined processes for judicial caning and home detention program. For judicial execution, the streamlined process created a more efficient flow and convenience for the staff and family. For home detention program, it allowed more appropriate prisoners to go on program on-time in order to allow prisoners to integrate better into the society upon their release and to cut down resources of their incarceration.
