Marketing Manager
Current- Oversees the development, negotiation, execution and on-site activation of all collegiate, sport and event sponsorships.
- Manages direct reports; supervise and direct staff to ensure proper execution of all sponsorships, retailer promotions, winner events and mobile/kiosk display events; handle employee concerns; assign and prioritize.
- Plans, manages and reports sponsorship budget and promotional item, apparel and retailer point of sale budget.
- Manages the planning, ordering and creative for all promotional merchandise and apparel.
- Oversees creative and messaging for all sponsorships and ensure it aligns with brand strategy and guidelines.
- Oversees proof of performance and post event measurement for all sponsorships.
