I work with the Customer Service & Support Staffing team and help ensure that our staffing processes run smoothly. I've developed/delivered training for all new Staffing Associates joining CSS staffing (seven to date), have assisted with reporting needs and analysis, have helped manage the team's social networking outreach efforts, helped manage central processes for worldwide staffing.
