Manages and schedules 24 volunteer positions with over 40 volunteers. Also oversees quality control of audio, video, and technology for the whole body of the church.

Mission Hills High School

Planned and implemented both individual and small group interventions for thirty-five students in order to improve their academic outcomes. Planned and administered fifteen classroom presentations demonstrating the uses of Californiacolleges.edu and saw a 135% increase in students who created a four-year plan. Used the ASCA model to evaluate the counseling program, specifically by utilizing data to find achievement and academic gaps in the student body, and presented the data to faculty. Developed and ran a six-week long small group on Growth Mindset for ten 9th grade students which resulted in increased GPA, motivation, and growth mindset in students. Designed a resource guide for foster parents and parents reunifying with their children which included information on local supports, legal advice, and other educational information. Created a College Seminar for freshman families.

Mission Middle School; Escondido, Ca

Ran fifteen group counseling sessions. Provided restorative circles for students in need of meditation. Developed and presented a lesson on conflict resolution to the sixth grade class. Planned college information events. Met with parents to gain knowledge on culturally conscious practices and collaborated with faculty, family and students to increase success.

Swaziland, Kenya

Helped plan and coordinate jobs for short term volunteer which included jobs such as digging trenches, planting large-scale gardens, and building homes. Taught youth how to play guitar and created a music-training program which continued after I left. Helped orphanages create a plan for self-sufficiency by means of gardening and selling crops. Completed five short-term (two weeks) trips and one six-month stay.

Fallbrook, California

Worked with children and adults with physical and mental disabilities including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Down Syndrome. Taught a variety of social and safety skills, while spending the day discussing and evaluating clients' goals. Goals ranged (depending on the severity of their condition) from looking both ways before crossing the street or counting exact change for the cashier at a restaurant.
