 Proposes salary plans for P&G employees located at the Asia Pacific region. This includes four-year proposal of salary increases for employees with the proper adherence to specific country guidelines. Works with P&G Managers, Country Human Resources Personnel, and HR Directors to discuss the proposed salary plan for P&G employees. Generates reports for employees scheduled for salary increases.  Revises salary plans to ensure that employees are well-compensated in their job role and submit to managers for approval. Generates salary reports using SAP that is being sent to other service lines across the region. Maintains and builds professional relationship with other service lines to ensure good communication for satisfactory feedback from the client.

 Maintains records and profiles of P&G employees using SAP (System Applications and Products) Processes transactions like New Hire, Termination, Leave of Absence, Salary Change, Promotion, etc. using electronic forms (e-forms) for both Asia Pacific and EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) regions. Ensures that all data being reflected in the SAP system are correct as provided by the client. Communicates with HR service lines to verify details about the employee.
