I lead the overall management of strategy, operations and growth across the Client Services, Production and Creative departments at Agency EA along with setting the tone for what makes a great experience across the entire EA Collective (Agency EA, Studio Sage & Storyhorse). I’ve spent the better half of a decade establishing the creative department at Agency EA from scratch, completing an MBA at Northwestern, launching my side hustle Sō Labs Watch Co., and becoming a dad three times over. Eleanore Roosevelt said best what I deeply believe about managing a team and working with clients: “For our own success to be real, it must contribute to the success of others.”
