My role consists of working closely with children with learning difficulties and occasionally neurotypical children and ensuring that they receive adequate attention so that they can thrive at school. I also have to help with safeguarding and ensure that all their needs are met. Furthermore, I often have to help lead classes when there is a supply teacher and display exceptional leadership skills as well as being able to cater to classes of up to 30 children. This job also requires exceptional communication skills, as children often misunderstand what is being explained to them and I help further explain sometimes complicated concepts and ideas to them. The role has also helped me become more assertive whilst being able to remain approachable and friendly.

I ensured that the team had sufficient moodboards for upcoming projects. Furthermore, I acted as a runner on shoots. I performed tasks such as cleaning dressing rooms, making sure the studio was organised, and ensuring that everyone on set had everything they needed.
