- Evaluation of potential causes of surgical site infections, communication of concerns and possible corrective actions to prevent and/or treat potential contamination.- Provide preoperative attention such as assessing if kind of surgery to select best positioning.- Assist in patients positioning.- Apply appropriate techniques to help with the closure of the body planes and wounds dressings, retraction of tissues and organs, and hemostasis.- Maintain integrity of sterile field.- Surgical Assistance in Arthroscopy and replace of hip surgeries duties.- Provide assistance in securing drainage systems to tissue.- Ensure placement of monitoring devices.

- Orthopaedic procedures in order to comply with instituted policies and guidelines.- Development of treatment plans and recommendation of proper diagnostic tests.- Shift in ER in Orthopaedic Specialty (Patients Emergency Orthopaedic Evaluation, Indication of lab and image studies, Closed Reduction of Joint Dislocations and Stable Fractures, Mechanical cleaning of wounds, application of immobilization devices), - Orthopaedic Emergency Surgical Procedures (Surgical Reduction and Fixation of Fractures and Joint Dislocations). - Orthopaedic Outpatient Consult, including Office invasive procedures (Trigger point Injections, Major Joints Viscosupplementation). - Elective Joint and Bone Surgical Procedures (Knee, Hip and Shoulder Arthroscopy)- Training of subordinates in how to treat properly a diverse array of fractures by non-invasive reduction and immobilization utilizing splints, casts and other devices.

- Analysis and discussion of various surgical and treatment optionsextensively with patients and families to keep them up to date and awareof all feasible possibilities regarding care and treatment.- Shift in ER in Orthopaedic Specialty (Patients Emergency Orthopaedic Evaluation, Indication of lab and image studies, Closed Reduction of Joint Dislocations and Stable Fractures, Mechanical cleaning of wounds, application of immobilization devices)- Orthopaedic Emergency Surgical Procedures (Surgical Reduction and Fixation of Fractures and Joint Dislocations). - Orthopaedic Outpatient Consult, including Office invasive procedures (Trigger point Injections, Major Joints Viscosupplementation). - Elective Joint and Bone Surgical Procedures (Knee, Hip and Shoulder Arthroscopy)
