Planning and managing business policies by following the company strategies;Setting up the business unit’s policies for marketing activities;Coordinating and monitoring product and category management for Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria.

Lead and manage e-commerce business operations; Generate sales and marketing strategies with the purpose to expand the company online presence; Coordinate and implement product and category management policies;Plan and supervise the execution of online sales and marketing initiatives.

Lead the sales and business development activities of the channel customers in Romania;Contribute to the annual strategy by planning the objectives, execute and monitor the budget;Promote the company solutions and communicate with the executives teams with the purpose of connecting the major national players to Intel’s network;Manage the corporate marketing programs including the readiness of customers for new types of marketing activities.

Develop company’s customer portfolio among the Romanian IT companies; Manage the mid-size customers and develop new vertical businesses with them;Generate demand on the market by using Intel resources and roadmaps;Perform specific trainings in the channel, product updates with partners, problems identification and escalation.

Follow specific functions as part of board of directors;Create and develop Brinel’s channel strategies and tactics;Coordinate the sales policies for Brinel’s own brand of PCs;Manage and take responsibility of the team sales results, create and implement accurate business plans for business development;Organize specific events for channel customers in order to sustain and expand the business network.

Manage a portfolio of existing channel partners;Run regular negotiations with potential customers;Maintain and develop relations on multiple level across the customer organizations;Cross-sell to the existing accounts with the entire product portfolio as PCs, servers, software solutions and services.
