Responsible with: Technical condition of the grain operating capacities Ensures the supply in optimal conditions of the necessary utilities in the technological process (electricity, water, gas, thermal energy).Evaluates the technical condition of equipment in silos and grain depots.Creates the list of critical spare parts for equipment in silos in order to supply them in a timely manner.Organizes, plans, coordinates and verifies maintenance activities (preventive, corrective and periodic inspections of equipment).Prepares the annual maintenance plan and investment plan for all equipment in all silos and grain depots.Coordinates the maintenance teams for the repair works.Supervises and participates in the process of installing new machinery and equipment.Participates in the reception of technical projects and commissioning of new equipment in silos and grain depots.

Responsible with: - Organize and coordinate planning, production and tests activities of 4 production lines: Avk Alternators, Stamford P80 Alternators, Stamford UC22/UC27 Alternators , Stamford HC4,HC5,HC6,P7 Alternators from fabrication, machining, core building, coils, stator windings, rotor windings, electrical tests, impregnation, assembly, static/dinamic tests, painting to prepare for ship.- Review monthly demand plan from Global Planning, prepare forecast and cascade to all functions involved;- Managing Plant KPI’s within parameters (volumes, HSE, quality, productivity, overtime, people resources, etc.)- Planning ramp up / ramp down volumes while improving productivity and leadtime;- Balancing the lines and shifts; 5S;- Create in agreement with team members, individual development plans, carriers paths, coaching and mentoring employees. - Anual stock take and stock balancing;- Fast problem solving and taking decisions;- Member of the team in charge with yearly collective barganining, negotiation with the Union;- Active member in the site senior leadership team.- Recruting and train new profesional employees (17) and direct shop operators;People under my supervision:- 29 profesional employees (5 Product plan engineers, 5 Production line managers, 14 supervisors, 2 trainners, 3 admin.)- 950 shop employees (direct/indirect)Plant size: 1100 + employeesAchievements: - Increase on time deliveries with 33% from 65% to 98% in 2 years (2010-2011).- Increase productivity with 12% from 70% to 82%.- Increase production volumes on P80 sets (wound stators and rotors) from 23 sets / week to 60 sets / week while maintaing quality / deliveris targets.- Leading capacity increase projects on P80 products including investments above 7mil$ (2013).- Asimilate in house complete production activities from four external factories ( AvK Dreich, Avk Ingolstadt, Stamford P80 Ryhall Road, Stamford UCs,HC/P7 Barnack Road).- Development of production team.

Responsible with:- Coordinate all activities from order entry, planning, creating BOMs/MDs, pricing, leadtime, production, tests to shiping.- Following the growth targets : achieving production volumes, HSE, quality & productivity targets; - Planning ramp up / ramp down volumes while improving productivity and leadtime;- Balancing the lines and shifts; - Recruting and train new profesional employees (9) and direct shop operators;- Anual stock take;- Stock balancing;- Introducing new products (MV7, W80) in production;- Fast problem solving and taking decisions;- 5S; People under my supervision: - 1 Product Plann Engineer- 4 Process Engineers (coils, cores bulilding, stator winding, rotor winding, tests)- 4 Supervisors; - 250 Operators.Plant size - 800 employees.Achievements:- Increase productivity with 11%.- Increase productions capacities and volumes from 6 P80 sets (wound stators and rotors) / week to 23 sets / week while maintaning quality levels Right First Time at 99%.

Responsible with: - Executing and Releasing the Process Method Documents and Work Instructions for new winding stator specifications of Avk generators; - Issue new specifications, update old winding specifications for low voltage , medium voltage, high voltage stators issued by Engineering for Avk products- Perform in ERP system the Bill Of Materials of products, routings, toolings , standard hours for new winding specifications for Avk Products; -Transfering manufacturing process of coils and stators of P80 generators from UK Stamford factory to Craiova factory- Leading the team which set-up activities in Craiova factory for P80 stators / rotors. - Executing and Releasing the Process Method Documents and Work Instructions for new winding stators specifications for Stamford P80s stator; Train all operators acording new procedures and MD. - Issue new specifications or updated winding specifications for low voltage , medium voltage, heigh voltage stators issued by Engineering for Stamford P80s generators.- Perform in ERP system the Bill Of Materials of Products, routings, toolings , standard hours for new winding specifications for P80 stators.- Drawings, releasing new tooling or devices resulted behind Kaizen;- Layout and Capacity studies of Coils and Winding Stators Area;- Manufacturing process optimization, applying 5S, Kaizen concept, and 7 steps methodology;- Assure the products traceability between main areas;- Daily reporting of production orders (WIP and finished goods) in ERP system;- Responsible for leading new product introduction into manufacturing line; - Use quality tools for new issues occurred, root cause analyze, implementing, monitoring and validation of established actions by cross functional team.Achievements: - Successful transfer from UK Stamford factory to Craiova factory of manufacturing process for P80 coils, stator windings, rotor windings and core building.- Implement production manufacturing documents for each process.
