CurrentPre-employment activities - Informing new employees on the documents required for employment and internal regulations.Specific activities of working relations (preparation of personnel files, updating,archiving: individual employment contracts, additional acts, decisions, employees' certificates, REVISAL/REGES, etc.);Monitors and manages the personal administration processes, in order to meet internal clients’ needs in a timely manner and in accordance with the legal requirements in force;Ensures the continuous improvement of the HR system used in personnel administration activity;Follows the legislative changes in its area of activity and ensures their proper implementation in the personal administration processes.Recording employee personal data into the database;Payroll activities (preparation, filing of monthly attendance lists, ordering food tickets, introduction of holidays leave / medical leave, bonuses, benefits, various reports related to employees costs, drawing up payment statements)Prepares various activity-specific reports for the company's management, as well as for other state institutions (the Institute of Statistics, etc.).
