Managing the business which includes a restaurant with 70 covers, 3 functionrooms with 3 bars, each of the function rooms holds up to 200 guests.Catering for Weddings, Conferences, and Events. The restaurant was open for breakfast toevening dinner, my position was to run the business when the Operations Manager was not onsite, cash handling, and stock control.Front of house meet & greet, prepare function for clients, recruitment, team training,payroll, selling function room hire to clients, food safety, booking weekly entertainment, financial controls.
