The main goal - assist in building a website that meets the customer's expectations.The main responsibility - liaise with the client and the web designer to ensure that expectations will be met. This entailed two big aspects:- The first aspect would be assuring that the client is guided properly between his design and functionality options. Sometimes they also need a simple marketing strategy for after the website is built.- The other aspect refers to my interaction with the designer, they need to have a feel of what type of person the customer is and what their personal likes and dislikes are. This will increase the overall satisfaction the client will have when seeing the finished website.This role was strikingly similar to a Project Manager, you need to guide all the parties involved in the process (SEO, Copywriting and Webdesign teams) and make them collaborate with each other as efficiently as possible.My day to day activities were:- communicating with the client via email or phone calls- processing the information they provide in a structure that is easy to understand and work with- addressing any queries or indecisions my clients could have (e.g. 'what should the website contain', 'how can a mailbox be created', 'how can I see how many people visited my website')- recommending and upselling different products or services (PPC, Copywriting, Logo Design or Mailboxes) - quality checks on the work performed by the designers, offering recommendations and guidance where necessary- performance checks on the websites already up and running - assessing the way they perform and suggesting improvements based on what our customer's goal and resources areThe tools that I constantly used: Microsoft Word and Excel, Jira, Zendesk, Google Analytics, Duda and Outlook.

The job involved getting in touch with the guests of the hotel and propose photo sessions. The daily schedule was quite engaging due to the necessity of interacting with the majority of the guests and proposing a photoshoot. After a successful photo session, we would edit, print and sell the pictures. And negotiation occurred in 80% of sales, so you needed to be prepared to haggle. I always wanted my customers to leave with a smile on their face so I strived to offer them a fun time while having the photo session and a fair price for the pictures. The hotel in which I worked had a lot of visitors from different parts of the world like Russia, Germany, France, Belgium, Poland, Slovakia, Austria and even Japan. Half of them could speak English properly but with the other half, you needed to be intuitive and be prepared to talk through simple gestures. I can say that those interactions developed my soft skills by a whole level.The tools that I learned used frequently were:- a DSLR camera- photo editors like Picasa or Photoshop (on a moderate level)

As the name of the business implies, it is a club designed to learn and enjoy public speaking. My main responsibilities here could be split in two: online and offline. - Online I needed to set up the Facebook event page, share and promote the event, get in touch with the participants, manage any of their queries and post relevant content on the official page.- In the offline environment, I was interacting with the participants at the event, taking the pictures and filming their speeches.The participants to our events were all kind of people, from students, engineers or managers to doctors, entrepreneurs and even military personnel. Seeing them conquer their fear of speaking in front of an audience was quite an experience.
