Cosmin has more than 15 years of experience in the electronics manufacturing industry, covering areas like general management, investments, manufacturing and process engineering, supply chain and sales. He worked within international teams and projects, and he is used to work within the global environment.Since 2006 Cosmin has been the Managing Director of Systronics SRL a company of Cicor Group. He is involved in the developing of the company strategy, in the creation of new processes and structures relevant for the development of the company, responsible for the company’s KPI. He transformed the company from a small electronic workbench, into a full electronics manufacturing services provider with all relevant functions and processes. Under his guidance the factory capacities and technologies expanded, and the turnover increased 10 times. Cosmin has an engineer degree in computer science, a professional certificate in Management from “The Open University” and a double MBA degree awarded by WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and by the University of Minnesota.
