¬ Budgeting and coordination of investment, authorization of activity and classification of the units
¬ Obtaining approvals & cash infusion from investor
¬ Supervising the activity of Restaurant Management Team
¬ Monitoring budgets, social media score & marketing operations
¬ Representation of the company in relations with local and national authorities
- Reporting to investor

¬ Budgeting of commercial and hotel activity by cost and profit centers, their integration in the portfolio of activities of the mother company
¬ Management of acquisitions for equipment, establishment of eligibility criteria, procurement procedures, work calendars
¬ Maintenance and development of relations with the most important customers; permanent monitoring of their evolution
¬ Permanent communication with the owner for the strategy, financing and evolution of activities
¬ Recruitment of top management team, establishing the development
objectives of activities, KPIs and competence limits;
¬ Analysis and approval of work procedures proposed by top management
¬ Monitoring of management staff and operational staff
¬ Monitoring of online and offline reputation of each activity
