I have over ten years of customer service/admin experience in various roles including the hospitality sector, public sector, B2B sales, financial sector and social housing. I also have experience in running a restaurant, implementing start ups, project management, client account handling, team supervision, creating and running a local government department, business streamlining, formulating marketing strategies, managing social media campaigns, writing public literature, running an international music collective in my spare time, positive negotiation skills and the use of tailored and off the shelf software packages used in most business. I am a quick learner and very comfortable and proactive with technology. I also have the ability to cross transfer skills in to any new role and apply the same professionalism to anything I do.
