Project: Amuay Refinery (CRP) - Concrete Chimneys Replacement SK-4601 / SK-4602 in Block 29 Discharge Flugas and Flexigas; Electrical Power Station and Flexicoking Unit.Reviewing the execution schedule and timetable for materials transfer, tools and equipment coming from Italy. Coordinating Risk Assessments to select best demolition methods for concrete chimneys. Working alongside operations to determine what special equipment needs to be protected during demolition. Controlling and monitoring the project with EVM. Managing cash flow and budget control. Presenting the sequential scheme demolition to the COS (Committee of safe operations) of PDVSA. Negotiating and managing, international and national contracts, for new chimneys demolition and construction. Developing the project scope statement (PSS) and the work plan, including the procedures. Manage changes in project scope, without representing a significant impact on the project schedule.Achievements  Increasing security in the demolition phase by 80%, for the equipment or process unit near to the chimney, as the result of the evaluation of the method of demolition.
