I've written play, film, and television scripts; performed nationally and internationally, worked in Shakespeare, musical theatre and appeared in over 20 TV shows, not to mention the movies, web series and video games I've been in. I've also dabbled in creating films, and directing for the stage and screen. I've had a blast! For a small town kid, working in entertainment was my ticket to see the world and learn more about the human experience. I'm endlessly curious. I love people and I'm fascinated to explore why we do what we do. Because I was curious, a good presenter, and enjoy bringing out the best in others, I was invited to teach performance and creativity. I've worked in education, teaching at the masters and undergraduate levels in film and theatre departments across the country. I found value in building bridges between those often siloed worlds. I enjoyed giving students insight into how to brand themselves and interface with the entertainment marketplace without losing their artistic core. Throughout and since, I've been lucky to work with talented executives and colleagues in innovation and advertising. I learn something new every day!
