Collaborating with contractors and site supervisors to optimise housing developments, the design mindset of civil and footing housing plans involves reducing costs from economic and environmental aspects, all in the aim of delivering the desired end project.- Residential footing design as per current Australian Standards (AS2870, AS3600, AS4100)- Use of the software program SLOG, in order to calculate footing specifications- Framing and beam/column design, using my vast knowledge on many current Australian Standards- Residential borelog analysis and tree effect computations- On-site experience and client/contractor liaison through footing inspections
