CurrentCountry Sales Director Responsibilities:🚀 Fast Direct-Growth and Expansion: Leading personally our direct growth in Belgium (home base) and Netherlands ICP focus🚀 Inbound Leads Management: Handling all our MQL - SQL and other sales activities for the DACH region and UK&I.🚀 Targeting and Outreach: Defining our ICP and the right persona, reaching out to CxOs of top-tier companies to schedule meetings.🚀 Collaboration: Working closely with my SDR and Marketing specialist to generate new opportunities, meetings, brand awareness, and fast expansion.🚀 Presentations and Meetings: Conducting hybrid/live meetings, introducing MobieTrain to key stakeholders, and attending business events.🚀 Deal Structuring: Tailoring deals to meet the needs and budgets of organizations.🚀 Full Sales Cycle Management: Handling the entire sales process from introduction, discovery, case building, personal demos, proposal, to closing deals.🚀 Roll-Out Planning: Coordinating with internal teams and Customer Success (CS) for implementation timelines.🚀 Sector Coverage: managing SME, Key, and Enterprise Accounts.🚀 Negotiation: Engaging with decision-makers, C-level executives, senior management, and business administrators.🚀 Business Development: Expanding into new verticals and growing existing ones, proactively creating new sales action plans and targets.🚀 Reporting and Expertise: Reporting directly to the CEO, acting as a subject-matter expert, and committed to getting the job done.Additional Responsibilities:🔸 Testing and Implementing additional ICPs🔸 Rolling out our new sales deck🔸 Testing and applying new pricing strategies🔸 Testing and refining up-selling and cross-selling strategies to generate sales opportunities through CS🔸 Establishing a comprehensive client testimonial/use-case strategy involving collaboration across sales, CS, and marketing📈 Personal Revenue Accomplishments (2021 - Present):New Business ARR: +€1.5 MioNew Business TCV: €4 Mio
