Main Functions: Inventory Management and Analysis of its Performance, Planning and Operations and Project Control, Head of Logistics Team (14 people), Accounting Data Analysis, Times, Methods and Costs for Better Global Performance.Goals Achieved: Implementation of order picking system that allowed halving the Lead Time; Authoring tools that allowed better workflow between Financial and Logistics departments; Reduction of approximately 30% of the variable costs of the operation; Responsible for the implementation of new ERP in the company.
