As a UX Designer at South System, I’ve been working in an agile team for Sicredi client, a company in the financial branch based in Brazil. I am responsible for designing the user experience for their mobile and web applications. My main responsibilities are:- Create user flows, wireframes, user journeys and prototypes;- Design user interfaces for mobile and web applications; - Research for usability and product improvement;- Run usability tests;- Collaborate and co-create with Product Owner and Business Analyst;- Work and collaborate with Sicredi's Design System;- Run workshops and design sessions with the engineer's team.

As a UX Designer at 4all Tecnologia, I worked for Payly client based in Brazil. I was part of the digital account, improving the user experience and the product. As part of an agile team, I worked to define the user interface and some usability tests. I also contributed by talking with stakeholders, helping to raise their needs and new ideas for the product.My main responsibilities were:- Creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes;- Designing user interface for mobile application; - Running usability tests;- Collaborating and co-creating with Product Owner and Stakeholders;- Running workshops and design sessions with the engineer's team.

As a UX Designer, I helped to ideate and create the web and mobile platform focused on the sale of tickets for entertainment events. I was responsible for wireframing, prototyping, and designing the user interface for their applications. I also was responsible for designing several landing pages for some of their clients such as Disney On Ice, Monster Jam, and Rio Montreux Jazz Festival.My main roles were:- Creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes;- Designing user interfaces for mobile and web applications;- Analyzing usability metrics and heat maps for usability improvements;- Running workshops and design sessions with the engineer's team.
