Undertone was founded in 2001 and has offices around the world and was recently acquired by Perion.Roles held:- VP, Integrations- VP, Product, Technology & Operations- Sr. Director, Product, Technology & Operations- Director, Business TechnologiesResponsibilities:- Responsible for Product Strategy, M&A contributions.- Responsible for Integrations/Partnerships with various other companies within the ad ecosystem- Owned Inventory Green List Initiative (Ad Fraud prevention program)- Responsible for UAS platform (Order Management, Trafficking, Delivery, Analytics platform used by the company) – held Product, Sys Ops and Ad Ops responsibilities over time.- Platform Compliance that included Consumer Privacy and adherence to privacy guidelines from NAI, DAA, etc.Key Achievements:- Owned Product & Operations diligence and post acquisition execution of Upfront Media (Legolas), a DSP platform acquired by Undertone in June 2014.- Owned the definition, ideation, and Product Management & Development of the Undertone Ad System (UAS) platform that is currently used by numerous teams across Undertone to help manage all ad revenue and ad execution.- Helped drive numerous partnerships across the spectrum of ad ecosystem partners for data, measurement, rich media, supply and owned the vetting, business development, platform integration pieces. These solutions helped drive incremental revenue across various business opportunities.- Was responsible for the Platform infrastructure operations and helped drive substantial savings via a combination of vendor negotiation and working very closely with Engineering leads to drive efficiency & scale into the platform.
