About Costanza Valentini Di Laviano

For 15 years in the international insurance, banking and education sectors, my job has been structured on four key phases that repeated cyclically:--> Brainstorming and generating ideas;--> Translating decisions into communication strategies and actions;--> Stimulating people to adopt change individually or within teams;--> Analysing the result of my work. If we picture these four phases as buckets, their content has been made ofClient relationship practices;Organisational training and knowledge sharing;Business Transformation.In 2020 I have quit my status of employee to become available to a larger number of actors, within organisations and as individuals.I have enrolled to an International Coaching Federation certified learning programme to understand and integrate the techniques and posture of coaching.Through this approach based on listening, questioning, observation and encouragement, I help individuals (re)discover the best of their selves across any phase of their lives and any expression of their identity.My engagement, activity and focus are addressed to men and women who bear the responsibility to give the direction and to develop the potential of the people they federate and of the processes they control.
