Vocational training instructors play an important role in the development of the human resources of Cyprus and the increase of productivity.Under the program the trainees can develop knowledge, skills and attitudes regarding the field of education to which I belong.My job is to identify training needs, to design effective training programs, for implementation and of course evaluation.All programs are approved and evaluated by Cyprus Human Resources Development Authority (ΑΝΑΔ).
